Vonda Choate Littleton, LMT
Massage is instinctive. It is a natural response to rub our aches and pains, whether or not we are familiar with the medical knowledge behind these actions. In modern health care, massage can be defined as a systematic and scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of maintaining health. It has an important and very beneficial role in wellness.
Vonda studied at Southeastern Institute of Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy where she graduated as Valedictorian with a 4.0 gpa. She is licensed by the state of Tennessee.
Chiropractic and Massage therapy work hand in hand. Our clients can get both in one office.
